Chairperson (appointed by Area Chairperson), Area Treasurer, two members (chosen by Committee Chair), immediate Past Delegate, and Area Chairperson (ex‐officio). Total 6 members.
Oversees the finances of the Area. Reviews current expenditures to budget. Reviews unbudgeted request for funds for Area Trusted Servants and Service Committee Chairs. Receives request for Area funds at budget time. Prepares an Annual Budget.
Holds quarterly meetings to conduct its responsibilities. Presents future Area budgets to Area Committee at 4th Quarterly business meeting. Reports activities to Area Committee. Provide Finance Committee any request for funds.
