This is Year 3 of the “Equitable Distribution of Workload” pilot program (EDW) that aims to ensure that the Conference committees receive an equitable distribution of agenda items that require a depth and substance of discussion.
Conference Committees that have more agenda items to review have some items moved to other Conference committees.
