2) Including personal promotion or information (ex. phone #, personal email address) is not appropriate.

3) Only Links to A.A. websites approved by Area15 or GSO-NY.

4) Only AA copyrighted material.
*Please remember that email sent to multiple recipients ought to be anonymity protected also; this may include personal email addresses that contain full names and other information.
