The Westin Cape Coral Marriott reservation transfer date has passed (June 11, 2025). This means the A15 Waitlist for rooms is now closed for July 11-13, 2025. We are unable to make any more room changes with the hotel.

Anyone cancelling or changing a room reservation will be personally charged a late cancellation fee in the amount of one night stay, plus hotel charges, and taxes.
Area 15 will be unable to transfer those rooms to someone on the waitlist.
The loss of the room will count against our attrition rate in our contract, likely incurring additional costs for Area 15 to cover our contractual obligations.

Vancouver, British Columbia, will welcome A.A. members from around the world for the 2025 International Convention July 3-6 at the Vancouver Convention Centre and BC Place Stadium, marking the 90th anniversary of our Fellowship’s founding.
A.A. members throughout Florida will come together to host the Florida hospitality suite at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel, a 9-minute walk from the convention center. We’re looking for volunteers interested in taking 90-minute shifts as greeters in the suite to share how Florida speaks the language of the heart.
